Her tools and processes allow teams to quickly reconnect with their central vision, clarify (or redefine) the "promise," and execute clear, compelling messaging across all marketing and sales channels.

From her early days of playing office in her parents’ basement, Marisa has been gifted with a talent for automating processes to improve efficiency. While working at the University of Michigan in academic advising, Marisa became frustrated by the lack of good electronic tools for managing student records and decided to solve the problem herself. She decided to market her electronic solutions to other organizations and started her own business, Datasmith Consulting, in 2002. Over the last decade she has grown her business into a thriving inbound marketing firm with a first-rate team focused on delighting clients with a results-driven approach.
As a successful small business owner who grew her business from a one-woman shop to a successful firm, Marisa has learned invaluable insights about business development, which she loves to share with clients and business partners. She regularly teaches workshops on social media and marketing in order to help other small businesses grow. She is passionate about developing digital marketing strategies that transform company visions into sales results.

It’s never been easier to sell online, but it’s never been more difficult to actually make a profit doing so. Making sense of the newest trick, tool or platform can leave you chasing transactions instead of focused on building a profitable business.
Tom Schwab learned this first-hand as he grew his direct-to-patient durable medical equipment company from a regional player in Kalamazoo, MI, to a national leader. After trying all the tricks and going through his self-described Pay-Per-Click addiction, Goodbye Crutches was an eCommerce leader that transformed their online business with an inbound strategy.
In 2014, Tom founded Inbound for eCommerce. The company is a HubSpot-certified partner that works with ecommerce companies who want to move beyond selling based on a picture and a price to building an ecommerce that attracts, engages and delights both customers and merchants.
Tom is the leader of the eCommerce HubSpot User Group (HUG). It's the only online virtual HUG group with members in 5 Continents. A writer, speaker and frequent podcast guest, he has been featured on eCommerce Influence, Conversion Cast and Entrepreneur on Fire. He also gives business advice weekly as the host of Inbound Movement.
Tom earned a Bachelors or Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University.
